why do we need another leadership model?

Water is the elixir of life. All life.

Water, as every living species that has roamed atleast some part of this planet of ours know is the elixir of life - all life from a single cell amoeba to the complex multi-trillion-strong human.

Water can also be construed as the elixir of life every living species that has roamed atleast some part of this planet - all life from a single cell amoeba to the complex multi-trillion-weak human, given each cell has to manage the remaining multitrillion-minus-one cells to lead its life true to its intension- particularly so because it may not have any interface to have its voice heard across the field of reach of the human all the way to his/her skin, skull, hair or or nail, let alone the environment beyond.

Two seemingly equivalent statements concealing two completely independent aspects of the flow of life of the cell or collection of cells identified as an instance of a species: the former statement is an expression of human strength that is based on the multi-trillion cells constituting the given human conceived and developed as a single baby, and grown since, while the later statement is an expression of human weakness compare to amoeba, because unlike the individual cell in an amoeba, each individual cell in the given human is burdened/constrained by the flow of the remaining multitrillion-minus-one cells from conception, that one can't extend its life independent of the flow of other cells at any point in time.

The typical unit of measure for water's resistance to flow is one centi poise or cPoise at 20 degree centigrade or 68 degree fahrenheit when atmospheric resistance is one, where typical is interpreted as unit of measures employed for communication in scientific and engineering contexts since no earlier than early 1800, given Jean Leonard Poiseuille, the physicist whom the unit of measure is named after barely turned three in 1800. Its likely that others may have thought about the flow of water differently prior to it being thought of in terms of cPoise; I am certain, however, even living species with seemingly less communication skills such as fresh water fish that knows to sense and respond to water salinity don't think of flow in in terms of cPoise.

You'd be surprised, but organisational leadership is no different.

The larger the organisation, the less a human fulfilling a leadership role is able to bring his/her leadership skills to the fore. For example, I have founded and progressed a sole-trader entity lzerobzero, as an individual- you can say like an amoeba. The ease with which I can lead the life of lzerobzero navigating adversity can no even be dreamt of by another organisation with say, a hundred people even if they are sitting on the same floor working to a same set of policies, procedures and work instructions- let alone globally dispersed multi nationals; if the industry is unregulated you can forget about your leadership skills ever getting any oxygen.

But then, we are humans. Intelligent humans who have the capacity to recognise when the models that have helped get where we are loose relevance and when they fail irrecoverably necessitating a need to develop alternate models.

... we need a new leadership model where every one is a leader, no matter if they are actually fulfilling a leadership role or not - mind you, I have no objections to receiving leadership pays...

... we need a model that celebrates the leader in every human irrespective of the scope of their activity, may it be a course unit that they need to clear for their degree, the role they play in their family unit in keeping its coherence, or that group assignment, that little lucky-shirt that didn't make it to the wash, that love-failure tempting the failed to reach-out to soup-dances, or that edu-pidi role they have taken up to pay for their tuition, or simply getting through the traffic on a given morning to get to where they want to, there is that little leader crying out for oxygen to navigate that human through the flow of this abundant cosmos along with our planet and its countless little eddies with in every living species...

.... we need a model that can be systematically developed and tailored for any given local situation/organisation respecting that little leader in every human engaged in that situation/organisation...

.... we need a model that will enable those in designated leadership roles the little respite that the efforts of others won't compromise their intended Poise fruitfully employing their own leadership skills...

... we need a model that can enable seamless flow of activities like water...

and I'll call it to keep us never forget the fact that the elixr of life is, as it turns out, adequate amount of water for every cell....

The renowned father of software engineering Watts Humphrey, from IBM floors that didn't distinguish quality from defect free delivery of outcomes, established delivery capability maturity scales when he moved to Carnegie Mellon in mid eighties. I conceived cPoise-leadership© upon realising existing models no longer recognise the undeniable truth that every individual is a leader with untapped potential constrained by the environment without, including those holding leadership roles in many an entity because of the degeneration to the chaotic process capability maturity** from inherent limitations of artificial intelligence/machine learning/natural language processing enabled solutions for information gathering, processing, transfer, communication and recording for effective retrieval of relevant information.

cPoise-leadership© is an approach to address the chaotic* evolution of globalisation, over the past few decades with little or no overarching regulatory framework tipping assurance of life, liberty and security of person for every human beyond the poitnt of self-correction.

cPoise-leadership© outlines approaches to navigate out of the chaotic practices to accomplish repeatable process capability maturity for their local situation humans can find themselves in; operculum-design is its derivative for performance expectations of machines intended for human use.

identifying an appropriate framework* and implementing applicable functions to deliver expected outcomes
expend the necessary effort, with appropriate collaboration as needed to understand,

- sustainability of the intent
- sustainability of the consequence as perceived

regress efforts as appropriate, with appropriate collaboration, until outcome of the execution is in complete alignment with delivery intent and perceptions of consequence
abandon all efforts upon understanding the intent together with perceived consequences can not be delivered.

cPoise-leadership© can be applied to any situation and is infinitely scalable as long as your choice of framework sufficiently covers the necessary functions and their interrelationships. If your scope is every human, then you need a framework that starts off at the origin of the observable cosmos; Sudarma, is an original framework I have conceived to do just that. Eat Well eating well is all about finding the courage to listen to yourself and eat, or not eat for that matter, to enable you to live well until its time to sleep, and sleep well so that you can broaden the scope of what you can eat when you wake up the next morning. no one can eat on your behalf, and believe it or not, no one can listen to yourself on matters of what to eat better than yourself.

Live well living well is all about finding the courage to live as yourself. some call it freedom, others call it clarity of intent, I call it self-respect or கெத்து. No one can give you your freedom; you realise freedom when your own intent does not include any malice towards anyone, given, fear is a manifestation of unacknowledged malice intended towards others and you need the courage to acknowledge it before you can be free. Its easier to find courage when you stand up for your loved ones.

Sleep well sleeping well is all about finding the courage to sleep as yourself; some call it rest, others call it relaxation, I call it continuous evolution. no one can sleep on your behalf, nor can they evolve on your behalf; in case you didn't live well, meaning, your intent included malice in varying degrees towards fellow living species or any

bakthi, loosely translates in english to devotion, is a physical state of a human and it is not static; as one's experiences grow so does their understanding, expanding the scope of the personal deity*, until such a point beyond which the object of devotion(the personal-deity) and the devotee are indistinguishable for all practical purposes; *personal-deity is a symbol of choice from one's cultural lineage; some religions offer a wider choice than others, without any presumption of claims of superiority -like with all symbols, its what you make of it is what determines its value to yourself and others you relate to and not what someone else made of it. Every personal-deity (He,She or It) is limited by an individuals’ bakthi finding manifestations through their personal experiences.

Omniverse is the name of a model I have proposed as a potential alternate approach to explain/understand all senseable phenomenon [Ramesh, S. Ominiverse, self-published in 2021, after several failed attempts to secure collaboration interests ISBN 978-06451052-5-4]. Omniverse combines my insights on approaches for unifying all things inanimate and all living species, including human on the basis of physics as I understand: a) the universe is in fact an omniverse, with multitude of universes, one each for each perceptible inanimate entity/living species b) the omniverse is in a constant state of dispersion, with every perceptible inanimate entity/and every infinitesimal inanimate entity constituting every living species is propelled by its inherent intent to disperse itself until there is nothing left to disperse.

science, to me, is a consistent mechanism to derive the principles of operation(s) of one or more sensible phenomenon from the principles of spontaneous dispersion [Ramesh, S. Ominiverse, self-published in 2021, after several failed attempts to secure collaboration interests ISBN 978-06451052-5-4] such that the principles of operation(s) are not self-contradictory, and do not contradict other established principles of operation(s) of other senseable/observable phenomenon, independently derived from the principles of spontaneous dispersion (Omniverse). science, thus defined should stand the test of time through enabling explanation of existing established principles of operations using other models of physics such as gravitational model or Maxwell's principles with out loss of existing applications enable explanation of existing observations that defy a consistent explanation using other models of physics

arts, to me, is an application of the science by one or more humans in a manifestation/expression of that application through one or more faculties such that one or more humans can understand using one or more of their own faculties it does not contradict/violate another human's ability to find their application of science in a manifestation/expression of that application through one or more of their own faculties. arts, to me, is a human function. To me, the distinction between applied art and applied science is a matter of preference with no tangible practical value. Application to me is a human activity whereby, human effort creates a repeatable experience, adequately partitioning principle(s) of operation of senseable phenomenon, to deliver the stated intent of the application sufficiently from all other principles of operations such that the intent of the application is not violated. Thus creating applications is fundamentally, an art.

language is the design establishing one's cultural lineage in a person's genetic circuits; you can think of the design contributions from the mother as the printed circuits in an electro mechanical device and the design contributions of the father as the components that shape the deign further. The design is not immune to the environment in which you live, sleep or eat after you are born -with some level of protection extended while in your mother's womb; based on the extent of your understanding of your cultural lineage, you can exercise or extend one or more aspects of the design to smoothen the rough edges or air the leeching poisons or ground the excess energy and evolve making most of what you have been gifted with from no effort of your own. Its your language; how you think, how you voice your thought through your eyes, your face, your shoulders, your hands, your hip, your stands and your tongue, you oral cavity, your lips, how you sing, how you play, how you paint, and how you dance is how you use your language. Its your language there isn't another person or machine on the planet who/that can make claims to your language but yourself.

justice is the value that distinguishes a civilisation from anarchy; establishment of reliable systems and structures that can deliver repeatable outcomes that do not contradict the invaluable humans, every one of them, that constitute the civilisation is the hallmark of the civilisation. Its easier to transition from anarchy to monarchy or its more scalable version of administration, viz.,democracy, as long as the the framework for delivering justice does not contradict what the humans' value without compromising the human values based on objective evidence that is within the capability of humans to assimilate using their human faculties and human intelligence; the framework will be rendered fragile with increasing augmentation (I call it interference) using artificial intelligence.

engineering to me is a human activity whereby, human effort creates validatable applications intended for the provision of the claimed kind of experiences to all intended users for the intended period provided the application is used as intended. Creativity in engineering is typically referred to as design, the extent of control commensurate with the intent and consequences of failure of the application to perform to user's expecttaions. engineering is necessarily a collaborative activity, reliant on organisational and personal leadership within the organisation for effective delivery and product/application assurance. value is what an inanimate object or a living species would twirl and resist to retain [ref: my self-published booklets from 2021, Zero Harm and Omniverse] and impart to other inanimate objects or living species when they can receive with the knowledge that what they receive does not contradict what they value. You are invaluable; only yourself and those who love you would understand your value, the complete alignment in understanding of your value by your loved one defining the completion of their love for you. Value alignment when applied to businesses manifest as complete alignment in understanding of the end user's value by the business defining the limit of perfection in their design and service offerings. Price tag is a measure of what the market would bear; it has nothing to do with value of the design or service.

Water is the elixir of life. All life.

Leadership attributes are, like water, necessary core traits for every human to navigate themselves out of chaotic situations repeatably without harming other humans.
