என் மனஸுக்கு பட்ட விளக்கம் -என் அனுபவத்த பேஸ் பண்ணினது
காசிவிஸ்வேஸ்வரஏஹி என் மனசுல, இந்த பிரபஞ்சம் பூராத்துக்கும் லீடரா இருக்கற என் ஐயன், இந்த பூமிங்கற கிரஹத்துல தன்னை எப்படியெல்லாம் வெளிப்படுத்திப்பாரோ, அந்த மாதிரி பூரணமா ஆவாஹனம் பண்ணிக்கறேன். மாம் பாஹி அப்படி ஆவாஹனம் பண்ணிண்ட என் ஐயனே, என் மனசுல இருந்ததுண்டு, நான் நன்னா வாழ உறுதுணையா இருங்கோ. கருணாநிதே குடுக்க குடுக்க குறையாத கருணையே ஒன்னோட காரக்டரிஸ்டிக்கா வைச்சுண்டு இருக்கற என் ஐயனே. முதம் தேஹி நான்நானா இருக்கற சந்தோஷத்த எனக்கு என்னோட முகம் பூரா குடுங்கோ. குவலயாதி பஞ்சவதன ஸ்வயம்போ பார்வை மாதிரி(மிச்சம் நாலு: கேள்வி, வாக்கு, ஸ்பர்ஸம், ஸ்வாஸம்) இருக்கற (என்னோட) அஞ்சுவிதமான வதனங்கள்ல தன்னே வெளிப்படற ஸ்வயம்போ.
கலை, i.e., Industrial Renaissance 1.0, an initiative of lzerobzero that took roots in my heart, even before I could spell heart, and certainly well before I resolved intelligence as an expression of a living species - human species being one of them, [REF: Sumathy Ramesh, zero harm, self publication, ISBN 978-0-6451052-2-3, 2021] channelling every breath through its heart defining its/his/her own identity, unique identity evolving/devolving until it/he/she breath its/his/her last.
To me, devices, irrespective of whether their principle of operation constitutes electro mechanical or mechanical principles, are not intelligent, and can never be intelligent; at best they can copy or simulate on the basis of what was copied from one or more -millions more in some cases, expressions of one or more -millions more in most cases, living species.
Industrial Renaissance 1.0 is intended to enable living species, including humans, find the courage to respect their intelligence over, to me, unintelligent devices.
My purpose is to enable Industrial Renaissance 1.0 over the next 12 years, through imparting my insights on personal leadership in navigating adversity with my own dignity intact, with complete respect for the dignity of every human, my life has placed in my path. [Sumathy Ramesh, Sudarmā, under development 2018- ?2025] Note, I don’t fight humans, and wouldn’t think twice before picking up my weapons viz., courage and objectivity against sub par processes* and defective devices.
*Like I explained in 2013 to some one whom I have never had the fortune of meeting in person to understand their industry or experience, stupid processes make good people do evil things.

Specifying the person in the objective to accomplish security of person: Strength and Weakness
Almost all humans have the cliched attribute that would win their interviewer over: its my insight that every human’s weakness is actually also their strength.
Almost all roles a human is engaged to do make the most of the human’s capacity to play their strength- and rarely give a thought to the situations where that strength manifests as a weakness.
And almost all employments are broken at the first sight of such manifestation, typically driving mediocracy in the work place because the organisational structure does not have the necessary framework to enable its human employees to play their strength in adversity, advancing organisational capabilities or loosely described as organisational learnings**, preventing not dissimilar adversities and thus striving towards perfection. Its also my insight that complex multinational-organisational frameworks assume a geographic-monolith of its operational priorities feeding cavitations that would burgeon unattended to until it pushes the organisational learning frameworks to sub par mediocracy -often irrecoverably. Given businesses exist to make money through serving their offerings, the offering leaving their lines a precursor for the inward flow of its money, business decisions reach out to external businesses forgetting that the external businesses exist to resort to make money through serving their offerings, the offering leaving their lines a precursor for the inward flow of its money, often recursively depending on the extent of the customer base, the complexity of the offerings and the presence/absence of a sugar-daddy-conglomerate exposing themselves as takeover targets- at this point the priorities to perfect the offering may potentially have lost its place- often irrecoverably. AI/ML/NL based solutions dig sink holes of consensus reality by amortising human engagement in one or more businesses cementing mediocracy as a worthwhile pursuit. அஞ்சுக்கு ரெண்டு பழுதில்ல is ok forஜாதக பொருத்தம்,* its completely unacceptable for solutions that have consequences to human life, liberty and security of person.

* horoscope matching is a practice for arranging marriages in the culture I hail from- it has a lot of practical merit if applied sparingly, mostly it would be a goer, if the couple fulfill two out of every five criteria, given:
a) its an imprecise application of validation of a fairly decent compatibility checklist
b) they have consciously engaged in understanding the unmatched criteria, and decided - potentially on their objective knowledge of the capacity of the couple to navigate potential adversity they may encounter

Note, I took the picture of my handwritten notes on my husband’s iPhone and sent it to myself via my husband’s gmail account for luck, upon taking some thirty four years to internalise a lesson from my mother-in-law to myself as she must have noticed I also hurt because of my attitude to move on doing what is with in my capacity to do and walking when my lines are crossed, the lesson being, that if you don’t speak about your adverse experiences, the inflictor may not know you were hurt.
