It was 30 April 2018 that I started my little lzerobzero.
I have toyed with running my own business several times in my career before, particularly as project manager building calf muscles chasing signatures on endless review records and change notes, wondering, if only I could sign-off myself on all my decisions; and again when I researched the mobile app architecture, wondering how far would it expand before cracking at its seams and very many times in between. In the words of my ex-colleague and dear friend Rohan Mullins, "I had to clear my plate" on very many things before I could actually start my little lzerobzero.
It took another five years of making little over a hundred dollars(mainly from selling my booklets to friends and family for luck) for it to get to a shape that is probably comprehensible as a viable business to both myself and potentially others who could fork-out big money.
lzerobzero's sole intent is to drive zero-harm from all pursuits of all industries and all registered entities. I originally called it ethical review, probably turning away many of potential my readership as a business proposition: it didn't have specifics on how the review would add value to the bottom-line. I conceived and delivered many symposiums, with nil registrants, leaving me to document my own thoughts as the outcomes of each symposium as an interim measure. I have now packaged my insights into a series of 13 conferences, hoping(as a one-off, I don't typically hope choosing to do something concrete with in my scope instead) to turn my luck around.
Below are the themes for each of the conference; together they are intended to sow the seeds that would grow and shape how industries and registered entities would approach assurance of prevention of harm from their pursuits to all humans, - employees, suppliers, customers, non-customers(society) and investors, alike; assurance of prevention of harm irrespective of the nationality or cultural lineage of the human under consideration.

I am a tired woman. Sometimes I think I am the tiredest woman on the earth, an indulgence I quickly banish, lest I forget the billions of women who don't even know how tired they are or how tired they may become towards the course of their lives, lest I forget to get to pick myself up to stand up and work towards the world I want to leave behind for my children, - a world that is atleast as good as it was that my father left for me, a world that was denied for him in his later years for no fault of his.
